Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all luxury packaging intact.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Carefully place the items back in their original Dents presentation box and secure them inside a protective shipping mailer.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our team.
